Shipping Information

Payment & Processing

After winning an auction, you'll have 24 hours to complete your payment. This includes the final auction price plus applicable shipping and handling charges. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Insurance

All orders are insured against loss or damage during transit. For high-value items (over $500), signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.

After payment confirmation, orders typically take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. During high-volume periods (holidays, special promotions), processing may take up to 3 business days.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all items. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund of the final auction price and shipping costs. Please note that the cost of bids used is non-refundable.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your Pixelllo account
  2. Go to the "Orders" section in your dashboard
  3. Find the order you wish to return and click "Return Item"
  4. Follow the prompts to complete your return request
  5. Print the prepaid return shipping label (provided for domestic returns)
  6. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible
  7. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • With all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items (if opened)
  • Health and wellness items (if opened)
  • Perishable goods
  • Custom-made or personalized items

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your item. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately at [email protected]. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging to expedite the resolution process. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

International Shipping Rates

International shipping rates vary based on destination, package weight, and dimensions. The exact shipping cost will be calculated during checkout after you provide your shipping address.

Expedited international shipping (3-7 business days) is available for most destinations at an additional cost.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by their country's government. These fees are not included in the shipping costs and will be collected by the delivery carrier or customs authority upon receipt.

We legally cannot mark packages as "gifts" or undervalue merchandise to avoid customs fees.

International Returns

International customers are eligible for our 30-day return policy. However, return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Yes, we can ship to P.O. boxes within the United States for standard shipping only. Expedited and express shipping options require a physical address for delivery.

Are bid credits refundable if I return an item?

No, bid credits used in auctions are non-refundable, even if you return the item. The refund covers only the final auction price and shipping costs.

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

Yes, we offer gift wrapping services for an additional $5.99 per item. You can select this option during checkout. We'll wrap your item in premium paper and include a gift message of your choice.
